Privacy policy

Who we are
Brownsville Water Filtration is a referral service operated by Faucet Growth LLC. We are not an installer or a water utility. Questions about this policy: legal@faucetgrowth.com.
What we collect
What you type in the quote form: what you need, whether you already have a quote or water test, your name, your phone number and your ZIP code.
If you call our number, the call may be recorded. We keep your phone number, the time and length of the call, the recording and any voicemail.
Our web host keeps standard server logs, such as IP address and browser type. We do not use advertising cookies.
How we use it
To pass your request to one independent local installer so they can contact you, to call you back ourselves about your request, to check call and lead quality, and to keep the records the law requires.
Who we share it with
One independent local water treatment installer, who pays us a fee for the referral. Because the installer pays us, some state laws may treat this as a sale of personal data, and you can opt out at any time (see Your choices).
Service providers that run this site for us: Twilio (phone calls), Google (email), Render (web hosting) and Supabase (records). We do not sell or rent lists of your information to anyone else.
Calls and texts
You can tell us or the installer to stop calling or texting you at any time. Reply STOP to any text message.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information, or to stop sharing it, by emailing legal@faucetgrowth.com. We answer within 45 days. If we turn down a request, you can appeal by replying to our answer.
How long we keep it
We keep lead records and call recordings for up to two years, then delete them, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.
Children
This site is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page.
